Order at least 1 size up from your usual size
I am 5'4", 225 lbs and typically wear either a 16W or 18 in misses. Ordered the XXL and it fits perfectly. However, I cannot close it across my chest. This isn't a deal breaker for me because I only want it to cover my arms and it's great for that. The material has zero stretch though, so if you're in doubt or want it to be
really oversized/close across your chest, go up 2 sizes. If you're a 12+
I'd order at least one size up no matter what. Looks just like picture.

ordered an XL to be safe because I’m usually a 14/16, but the pictures
and product name are misleading. I’ve ordered a lot of kimono style
shirts and even being the size I am can usually do a medium or large
because those style shirts are supposed to fit loose. The models make
the shirt look very loose like a kimono usually is and it’s very tight
fitting in the arms and across the back even in the xl. Also when I
ordered it it said it was pink and it was definitely more of an orangish
peach color.
